SHIPPING POLICY

Our online orders are packaged and shipped five days a week.  All orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Most orders will be shipped out in 24-48 hours from the date the order is placed.  

We offer FREE standard shipping in the US to all orders over $75 before tax.  (US only)
For all orders under $75, shipping will be a flat rate of $5. (US only)​

-Standard delivery times usually range from 3-6 business days from the day your order is shipped.

*Often APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will take 5-18 days.

 


 

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS: 

At The Burgess Boutique we know that sometimes things just don't fit how we hoped.  Unworn, unused items with tags still attached may be returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days from the date your order was recieved.  Store Credit will be issued for the total item amount (shipping is not eligible) via email and the store credit does not expire.  Customer is responsible for returned shipping.

*All jewelry & bralettes are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
*All items with a discount greater than 10% are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return.
*To initiate your return, please email info@theburgessboutique.com with your name, order #, item description, and reason why you would like to return.
*We are unable to hold item(s) while waiting on your return.
*We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages that show delivered through tracking. (Customer will have to contact USPS)
